Train. Measure. Improve.

Your Personal
Athlete Performance
Coach

Choose your sport. Choose what you want to improve. AIMlete builds the training, coaches you through it out loud, and shows you whether it is working.

Free to start · No card required · Built for 8-18 year olds

Train

A session built for today, not a generic plan.

Measure

Real times, real distances, real trends.

Improve

Training that adapts as you get better.

What you can train

Pick as many as you like. AIMlete gives your main focus the largest share of the session and fits the rest around it — the structure changes with your choices.

Speed

Get faster over the ground

Reaction

React quicker to what happens

Agility

Change direction sharply

Endurance

Last longer, recover faster

Power

Jump further and higher

Coordination

Move with control and rhythm

Sport-specific movement

Athleticism inside your sport

One athlete. Multiple sports.

One development platform. AIMlete understands everything you do in a week — including the training you do outside the app — so it never stacks a hard speed session on top of a match day.

Know if it is working

AIMlete measures you against yourself, not against a made-up population average. Sprint times, reaction times, shuttle scores and jump distances are tracked over months so improvement is visible rather than assumed.

Built to stop bad training

Young athletes should not inherit adult training volumes. AIMlete caps sprint and jump volume by age, keeps maximum-speed work for when you are fresh, and ends speed work automatically when your times start dropping off.

  • A short readiness check adjusts the session before you start.
  • Report pain and the movements that load it are removed for the day.
  • Report something concerning and training stops, with a prompt to tell an adult.
  • Recovery, breathwork and rest days are rewarded, not penalised.

AIMlete is a training app, not a medical service. It cannot diagnose anything.

For students, and for parents

Parents create the account and can see sessions completed, readiness, safety flags and a monthly summary written in plain language. No public leaderboards, no ranking of children, and nothing about your athlete is public by default.

Questions

Who is AIMlete for?

Student athletes roughly 8 to 18 years old, across football, tennis, badminton, basketball, cricket, hockey, rugby, athletics and martial arts. Parents can supervise younger athletes from their own account.

Is this just a library of drills?

No. AIMlete decides what you should train today based on your sport, your goals, the time you have, the equipment you own and how recovered you are — then guides you through it and measures whether it worked.

What do I need to train?

Nothing, to start. Many sessions need no equipment at all. Add cones, a ball or a racket and more of the library opens up. AIMlete never prescribes a drill you cannot actually do.

How does AIMlete keep young athletes safe?

A short check-in before harder sessions adjusts or replaces the hardest work. Sprint and jump volumes are capped by age. If an athlete reports something concerning — pain, dizziness, a knock to the head — AIMlete stops the session and asks them to speak to an adult. Those rules are fixed logic, not an AI guess.

Does AIMlete replace a coach or a doctor?

No. It is a training app. It cannot diagnose anything, and it is designed to work alongside a coach rather than instead of one.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. PRO is month to month unless you choose annual, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
